Favorite Salesforce Feature
I love Lightning Experience. Finally having a user experience that matches the power under behind the scenes is a beautiful thing!
Salesforce’s Biggest Opportunity for Improvement
Reporting: The native report tool is so powerful . . . until it’s not. Showing users how easy it is to create useful and applicable reports but then having to say “Um, you can’t do that” when they want complex multi-child reporting is a difficult pill to swallow.
Salesforce Goal(s) for 2017
I would like to focus on the community for the rest of the year, so I’m planning to present another SFDC webinar and hope to turn it into a DF17 session! (maybe with Ben’s help again . . . . ?)
*Editor’s note: We have it on good authority that Ben would indeed love to do another Dreamforce session with Squire!
5 Fun Facts about Squire
5.) I coach baseball and lacrosse, neither of which I played in school/college.
4.) My drink of choice is scotch and have tried nearly 50 single-malts.
3.) I used to be a professional gamer, and hosted a podcast for nearly 4 years on the topics of strategy and design.
2.) My favorite super hero is Spiderman, but I am severely arachnophobic
1.) During college, I worked security for concerts, and had an opportunity to see Pink Floyd during rehearsal as well as slap high-five with Ritchie Sambora after a show.
Most Identifies With Which Salesforce Mascot
Einstein: Albert Einstein and I share the same birth date, he had a brilliance but also humility that I greatly respect, and my favorite quote by Albert, “I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.” represents who I am and how I achieve my Salesforce goals. Also . . . A.I.? I mean, that’s some Star Trek stuff right there! My inner nerd is loving where that is headed.
